Provide the product confidence seeing another business try it first, and if that business likes it, then maybe they will too. Consumers naturally trust each other more than just marketing collateral, so a testimonial adds more weight to the decision they’re trying to make.

Testimonials are of course sales tools, but they are much more than that, they provide the essential social proof which is so necessary in our omni-channel world. They are used to showcase a company’s work and its reputation.
